The innovative BodySense CIS system offers additional system calibration and is approved for systems from IEE and Joysonsafety (formerly Takata).

ASCOT Vision
The ASCOT Vision Extension is a camera-based system that enables fast and accurate inspection of products.
Line lasers can be used to check the exact contour of the product, while color detectors enable quick identification of color deviations. In addition, shoring/non-shoring tests can be performed to ensure that all required components are present.
The ASCOT Vision extension is also capable of checking delivery positions and performing 3D contour measurement. This can be done either via laser distance sensors or a line laser-camera combination. Eine Fotodokumentation ist ebenfalls möglich, um die Ergebnisse der Überprüfung aufzuzeichnen.
