In the future even bigger scope of testing will be possible at the end of line of premium car seat production - a fully automized test sequence with the following test steps
  • all seat adjustments inclusive vision system based direction detection
  • all ignition circuits with 4-wire measurement
  • comfort functions (partly supported with vision system) like lumbar, active seat, climate function
  • seat belt reminder tests with automatic load apply

guarantees optimized product quality at the end of seat production line.
